SERIKON comes from Greek word meaning silk. This word is the source of the name of SERIGRAPHY – a printing technique in which silk templates are used. The popular name of this technique is, however, silk-screening or screen-printing.
"Serikon" printing house is a family firm. We have been present on the printing market since 1989. During the years of its activity, Serikon has placed in the very lead of the printing market.
The company acts in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standards, which, together with the high-tech machines, perfectly trained staff and our experience, allows us to guarantee the highest quality of our services and full satisfaction of our customers.

History of "Serikon" Sp. J.
"Serikon" was created in the beginning of 1989, just before the political and economical changes in Poland. In the beginning, the company had just one, handmade and hand-operated silk-screening device with wooden frames. Not very long after that, another device – similar but professional – had been bought.
1990 was a year of intensive development. An italian semi-automatic silk-screening device had been bought, and then the first offset machine.
From year to year, the number of machines grew, and so did the number of other devices and workers. The company, aiming at being independent and shortening the commission realization time, launched another manufacturing departments, namely: prepress room, computer studio, bookbinding workshop, warehouse, transport, and vigorous marketing department.
In 2001 the company board made a decision to implement the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. After almost a year-long implementation, in December 2002, a certification audit has been conducted by TÜV Management Service GmbH, with positive result and ISO 9001:2000 certificate grant. The ISO quality management system has been used by our company until today, and is a subject of yearly follow-up audits of TÜV.
Today we work in our own facility in Tulce. The development of our facility for new machines continues. Today we use 4 and 5-colour Heidelberg machines, up to B1 format, and a new Beiren MPQ 1050 B1 format stamping machine with cleaning section.
